Agreements
Controlling agreements for each client at each site. Agreements contain listings of all plant equipment to be used at that site including dates of use, rates, minimum charges and charges for inclement weather. Conditions for hire and any other terms of use at the specified site.
 

Timesheets
Captured directly from physical copies, includes driver details, times of use and notes for each day. Plant timesheets, time sheets, timesheet software

Charge Time Sheets
At month end charging time sheets is as easy as selecting the client and site and all time sheets for relevant plant will be brought through to the invoice. This insures that all time sheets for the month are charged for.
 

Plant Usage
At any stage of the current month or previous months one can view the usage of all plant equipment. This enables you to quickly identify missing time sheets and work days as well as idle plant which can be critical in making informed business decisions.
 

Plant Sites
All sites where equipment is being used can be loaded with addresses and directions to site. Plant can moved either directly to site or can be transferred when an agreement has been entered.
